Why We Should Pray for Our Parents

Our parents have paid huge prices and sacrificed for us. They have been through so much difficulties for us and for our future.

We can never pay back to them and we cannot even contemplate what they have done for us. But Islam teaches us to talk to them nicely and do not raise our voice in front of them.

We can at least pray from them in their lives and even after they have left this world. It is our duty to pray for them and ask Allah’s Rehma and blessing for them.

May Allah bless our parents and grant them health, happiness, and long life. May He also grant us the ability to be dutiful and respectful towards them. Ameen.

And if our parents have left this world, may Allah enter into his heavens and well treat them and forgive all their sins.
